Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bengali Cook who can prepare a range of traditional Bengali dishes — from daily classics to festive specials — with authentic taste and consistency. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of regional flavors, traditional cooking methods, and a love for preserving Bengali food culture.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook authentic Bengali dishes (veg and non-veg) such as shukto, machher jhol, chingri malaikari, kosha mangsho, mochar ghonto, bhajas, pulao, payesh, etc.

Maintain taste, hygiene, and presentation standards suitable for premium clientele.

Ensure timely food preparation for online orders and bulk bookings.

Manage ingredient inventory and communicate purchase requirements.

Follow standard recipes and portion sizes while ensuring innovation where needed.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the kitchen area.

Collaborate with management to develop seasonal or festive menus.
