Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and other beverages, following recipes and presentation standards.

Provide friendly, prompt, and excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Operate coffee-making equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and ensure accurate order processing.

Promote menu items, upsell additional products, and educate customers on coffee offerings.

Qualifications:

Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Good communication skills
