
Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Handle network-related issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity)
Manage OS installation, upgrades, and patching (Windows primarily)
Support users with email configuration (Outlook), VPN, and basic server access
Diagnose and resolve technical issues within SLA timelines
Coordinate with remote teams/OEM vendors for issue resolution
Maintain documentation of service reports and tickets
Ensure proper asset handling and inventory updates
