Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive property sales by meeting clients on-site, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable real estate solutions. This role involves extensive fieldwork, client interaction, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, and local networking
Arrange and conduct property tours for prospective buyers
Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans clearly to clients
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate properties
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Handle negotiations and assist clients through the booking process
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress
Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
Good negotiation and closing abilities
Familiarity with the local real estate market is an advantage
