Negotiate and close deals
Assist clients with booking process and documentation
Ensure timely collection of booking amount
5. Coordination
Work with internal team and developers
Stay updated with inventory, offers, and pricing
6. Reporting
Daily call reports, site visit reports
Weekly/monthly sales targets tracking

Strong communication & convincing skills
Good negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of real estate market
Customer handling & relationship building
MS Excel / CRM basic knowledge
