We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Investors Property Consultant. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹45,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project demonstrations.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
• Follow up regularly with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
• Negotiate prices and terms to close deals successfully.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
