This position requires a candidate who can masterfully research and write compelling, editorially rigorous scripts, and then pivot to deliver that content on-camera with authority, clarity, and engagement. Key Responsibilities

1. Editorial & Copywriting (The Brain) Script Development: Research complex international relations topics, historical events, and current news trends to write clear, concise, and highly engaging video scripts (long-form and short-form).

Editorial Standards: Ensure all content is factually accurate, well-sourced, and adheres to our channel's high editorial and journalistic standards.

Narrative Structure: Craft compelling narrative arcs that maintain viewer interest, translating sophisticated analytical concepts into conversational language without losing substance.

Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, including video editors and producers, to align script requirements with visual execution.

2. Anchoring & Presentation (The Voice) On-Camera Presence: Deliver scripts directly to the camera with confidence, credibility, and engaging energy.

Vocal Delivery: Maintain professional, measured, and persuasive vocal tone and pace, making complex subjects easy for a broad audience to follow.

Content Visualization: Understand how to use the screen space and interact effectively with on-screen graphics and data visualizations.

Live/Interview Segments: Potential to host and lead live news segments, interviews, or panel discussions on international affairs.

Required Qualifications & Experience Academic Background (Preferred): A degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Subject Matter Expertise (MANDATORY): Demonstrable knowledge of and genuine interest in global news, current affairs, foreign policy, and diplomatic history. You must be able to understand the nuances of the topics we cover.

Writing Mastery: Exceptional writing and research skills, with experience crafting editorial content for video platforms or digital news media.

Presentation Skills: Proven ability to present professionally and engagingly on-camera (personal reel or previous broadcast/YouTube work required).

Adaptability: Ability to handle high-pressure deadlines and quickly shift between intensive writing/research tasks and on-camera delivery.
