Job Title: Telecollection Executive

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Telecollection Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making collection calls to customers, following up on pending payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups.

• Remind customers about due or overdue payments.

• Negotiate and resolve customer queries related to payments.

• Update payment status and remarks in the system.

• Maintain daily and weekly collection reports.

• Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams for payment status.

• Achieve assigned collection targets within the defined timelines.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

• Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
