Carpenter

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter with hands-on experience in operating woodworking machinery. The candidate should be proficient in handling modern carpentry tools and machines for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing wooden components with precision and quality.

Job Location - Asangoan - Thane

Key Responsibilities:

Operate woodworking machines such as:

Panel Saw

Edge Banding Machine

CNC Router

Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately.

Cut, shape, assemble, and install wooden furniture/components as per specifications.

Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of machines.

Perform quality checks on finished products.

Follow safety protocols while operating machinery.

Coordinate with supervisors and designers for production requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in modular furniture/manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of wood types, laminates, veneers, and hardware fittings.

Ability to handle power tools and heavy machinery safely.

Basic understanding of measurements and layout marking.

Physically fit and able to work in a factory/workshop environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in modular kitchen/wardrobe manufacturing.

Basic knowledge of CNC programming (added advantage).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
