We are seeking a Store & Purchase Executive for our resort property to manage purchasing activities, inventory control, vendor coordination, and store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of quality materials, cost control, and smooth stock management to support resort operations. Accommodation and meals will be provided by the resort.
Handle purchase requisitions and procure materials as per resort requirements
Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors
Ensure timely delivery of goods and verify quality and quantity received
Maintain proper stock levels and manage inventory efficiently
Maintain purchase records, invoices, GRNs, and stock registers
Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with departments (kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
Ensure compliance with resort policies and cost-control measures
Monitor usage and minimize wastage
Maintain cleanliness and organization of store areas
Graduate or Diploma in Stores, Purchase, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in store and purchase operations (hospitality experience preferred)
Knowledge of inventory management and vendor negotiation
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
