About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager / Project Delivery Lead who can take full ownership of ERPNext implementation projects — from tracking milestones to ensuring client satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who has worked with ERP implementation or IT delivery teams and knows how to balance functional, technical, and client expectations.

 Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project governance using ERPNext/Jira

• Conduct review meetings, publish MoM, track deadlines & risks

• Ensure developers & consultants update tasks proactively — not after chasing

• Act as secondary client contact for delivery coordination

• Collect client feedback & testimonials at project closure

• Maintain dashboards for project health, overdue items, and utilisation

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
