Operation Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Executive – Operations to handle day-to-day facility operations and manpower coordination at our Noida sites. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely manpower fulfillment, document collection, and housekeeping supervision in accordance with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely deployment and replacement of manpower at all Noida sites as per client requirements.
Coordinate and fulfill manpower requirements across sites in case of shortages.
Maintain an updated database of available manpower and handle urgent site requirements efficiently.
Manage staff deployment, attendance, and duty rosters effectively.
Ensure timely joining formalities for new employees, including document collection.
Complete joining formalities and maintain proper records.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
Maintain accurate records related to manpower, attendance, and site operations.
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports and share updates with the Facility Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:
12th  in any discipline (Facility Management preferred).
2–4 years of experience in operations or facility management.
Excellent manpower coordination and documentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
