Job Title: Franchise Operations Executive

Location: Corporate Office - Mohali

Reports To: Franchise Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Franchise Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day backend operations of our franchise network. The role involves maintaining documentation, updating trackers, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and franchise partners to support operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage franchise agreements, documentation, and related files.

• Maintain and regularly update project trackers, directories, and operational records such as Minutes of Meeting and reports.

• Prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets for internal purposes and franchise requirements.

• Manage professional communication via email and ensure timely correspondence for franchise operations.

• Support the franchise development and operations teams in coordination tasks to ensure smooth processes.

• Assist in implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures for franchise operations.

• Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of all reports and documents.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and franchise partners.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage tasks independently.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in backend operations, administration, or coordination roles.

• Experience in franchise operations or business support is a plus.
