Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Office Assistant to support our Property Theatre department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, managing office-related tasks, and coordinating with the team leader and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in clients and visitors professionally.

  • Assist clients with property-related queries, appointments, and documentation.

  • Maintain records of client visits and update the customer database regularly.

  • Coordinate with the team leader for property presentations and site visits.

  • Follow up with clients for feedback, documents, or further assistance.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.

  • Provide backend support for meetings, project updates, and event arrangements.

  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the Property Theatre presentation space.

  • Assist in preparing customer brochures, property files, and promotional material.
