Field & Outdoor Tasks
Handle bank-related work such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, and document handling.
Arrange and coordinate deliveries of materials, documents, and product samples.
Manage sample pickups and drop-offs to clients, architects, or partners.
Administrative & Backend Support
Maintain office files, documents, and records in an organised manner.
Assist in preparing basic reports, follow-ups, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and internal departments when required.
Computer & Communication Skills
Use basic computer applications (email, Word, Excel, WhatsApp, browsing).
Update daily task reports and share them with the reporting manager.
Maintain proper communication with clients, team members, and supervisors when required.
Inventory & Material Handling
Track inward and outward movement of samples and office materials.
Ensure timely availability of required office supplies and consumables.
