Job Description

Office Operations

  • Open and close the office on time every day.

  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.

  • Manage basic administrative tasks and assist in day-to-day office functioning.


Field & Outdoor Tasks

  • Handle bank-related work such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, and document handling.

  • Arrange and coordinate deliveries of materials, documents, and product samples.

  • Manage sample pickups and drop-offs to clients, architects, or partners.


Administrative & Backend Support

  • Maintain office files, documents, and records in an organised manner.

  • Assist in preparing basic reports, follow-ups, and documentation.

  • Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and internal departments when required.


Computer & Communication Skills

  • Use basic computer applications (email, Word, Excel, WhatsApp, browsing).

  • Update daily task reports and share them with the reporting manager.

  • Maintain proper communication with clients, team members, and supervisors when required.


Inventory & Material Handling

  • Track inward and outward movement of samples and office materials.

  • Ensure timely availability of required office supplies and consumables.
