Field Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sample Management

- Submitting product samples to clients, architects, and contractors.

- Collecting back samples after approvals/evaluations.

- Maintaining logs of samples issued and collected.

2. Material Handling & Delivery

- Coordinating and executing material deliveries to project sites.

- Ensuring materials are safely transported and verified upon delivery.

- Travelling outside Bangalore for urgent deliveries or site requirements.

3. Site Visits & Measurements

- Visiting project sites for progress checks and coordination.

- Taking accurate measurements and sharing reports with the team.

- Assisting with on-site clarifications.

4. Site Handover & Documentation

- Supporting the site handover process post-installation.

- Documenting and verifying materials delivered.

- Maintaining inventory records for each site.

5. Coordination & Communication

- Coordinating with installation teams, suppliers, and office staff.

- Acting as the on-ground representative for clients and contractors.

6. Payment Collection & Banking Tasks

- Collecting payments from clients.

- Following up on pending payments.

- Depositing cheques/documents in the bank and maintaining receipts.

7. Reporting & Tracking

- Providing daily updates on site visits, deliveries, and work progress.

- Maintaining records of trips, expenses, and client interactions.
