Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Management Information Systems (MIS), Inventory Management System (IMS), Project Management System (PMS), and Financial Management System (FMS).

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and analysis.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports in Google Sheets.

• Use JavaScript / Google Apps Script to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with management to support data-driven decision-making.

• Integrate financial and operational data for monthly and quarterly reporting.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.
