Travel Coordination:
Arranging flights, accommodations, and transportation, as well as preparing itineraries.
Research and Preparation:
Conducting research, preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for the executive.
Project Support:
Assisting with special projects, tasks, and ad-hoc requests.
Confidentiality:
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Problem Solving:
Proactively identifying and resolving issues to streamline the executive's workflow.
