Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.

• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain and organize digital and physical records.

• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when identified.

• Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.

• Ensure data confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines.

• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backups.

• Assist other departments with data-related tasks as required.
