Operation Manager

We are looking for a Branch Operation Manager to join our team at Courtyard Farms Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹13000 - ₹22000 salary.

• Job Description: Branch Operations Manager (Dairy Operations)

  1. Milk Collection Management: Oversee the daily procurement of milk from Village Level Collection Centers (VLCC) to ensure volume targets are met and collection schedules are strictly followed.

  2. Quality Assurance & Testing: Implement rigorous testing protocols (Fat, SNF, and Adulteration checks) at the point of collection to maintain high standards of milk purity.

  3. Cold Chain & Logistics: Monitor the maintenance and temperature of Bulk Milk Coolers (BMCs) and coordinate timely dispatch to processing plants to prevent spoilage.

  4. Hygiene & Sanitation Standards: Enforce strict "Clean Milk Production" (CMP) protocols, ensuring that collection centers, equipment, and transport tankers meet food safety and hygiene regulations.

  5. Village Level Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local farmers and milk pourers to ensure loyalty and resolve any grievances regarding payments or testing.

  6. Operational Compliance: Ensure all branch activities comply with FSSAI standards and internal SOPs regarding milk handling and storage.

  7. Data Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate digital records of daily collection volumes, quality parameters, and farmer payments via dairy management software.

  8. Team Supervision: Lead and train a team of Village Coordinators and Milk Testers to maintain operational efficiency and ethical procurement practices.
