Job Title: Purchase Data Entry Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for aPurchase Data Entry Executive to join our team. Freshers with good computer knowledge are welcome to apply. The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of handling data accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately in systems and records
Maintain and organize files, documents, and spreadsheets
Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word
Handle basic accounting entries in Tally
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Support other administrative tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good knowledge of computers
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Basic working knowledge of Tally
Good typing speed and accuracy
Attention to detail
Basic communication skills
Freshers can apply

Graduate or HSC passed
Willingness to learn and grow
Punctual and responsible
