Pls find the detailed JD as following:
1. Registering service complaint/events and engineer assignment. Provide update to engineers as and when required.
2. Partnering with field & inhouse team for complete workflow & process improvements.
3. Coordinating with internal & external customer for correct inputs/approvals/process.
4. Checking daily sales dispatch and assigning installation call to engineers on daily/weekly basis. Requests need to be raised with proper documentation and check/process for any deviation.
5. Coordinating with logistics partner for reverse & forward pickup and share update with field team.
6. Create/Update/Assign/Re assign Preventive maintenance request to engineers.
7. Follow-up with Channel partner/ Authorized Service Providers/Engineers for Install Base update.
8. Data update in Salesforce/ERP system.
9. Prepare reports , workflow, as per metrics
10. Provide extended support as and when expected
11. Adhere to Stryker Quality Management System and act accordingly.
12. Adhere to Stryker guidelines & compliance.
13. Basic knowledge of Microsoft office.
14. Good Communication.
15. Enter a diverse portfolio of order types with high degree of accuracy
16. Verify and correct entitlement and serial number coverage
17. Assist in leading month end close
18. Willingness and ability to work extended work weeks/hrs
