Requirement of Computer Operator in NGO

Job Title and Overview

This is a full-time position for a Computer Operator. The candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in computer-based work. Responsibilities include data entry, document preparation, Hindi and English typing, working with MS Office tools, and supporting basic online tasks and field activities.

 Essential Job Functions

• Fast and accurate Hindi and English typing (CPCT certificate preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Handling emails and online portals.
• Document formatting, data entry, and report preparation.
• Maintaining digital and physical office records.
• Local field coordination as needed.

Education and Experience

• Graduate in any stream from a recognized university.
• CPCT Certificate preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in computer operations or office work.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Other Details

• Location: Bhopal
• Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
• Job Type: Full-time (Office + Local Field Work)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9 hours
