Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess loan applications from field teams

Analyze customer eligibility, repayment capacity, and field verification

Ensure document checking, KYC compliance, and adherence to credit policies

Work closely with the branch and field teams for smooth credit processing

Maintain portfolio quality and manage credit risk

Prepare and share credit-related reports and MIS with HO
