Backend Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Process Executives to join our overseas consultancy team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have strong communication skills and a keen interest in assisting students with international education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings with clarity and professionalism.

• Assist in processing applications for overseas education, work permits, or visa documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome).

• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.

• Basic knowledge of overseas education or visa processes is Plus.
