💼 Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants and placing them with clients across the US.

🔑 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to vendors and clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients

• Negotiate rates and finalize placements

• Maintain an updated database of consultants and job requirements

• Handle end-to-end bench sales cycle

✅ Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic Computer Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of US staffing/bench sales process

• Ability to work in night shifts

• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

💰 Salary:

• Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month (Based on interview performance)

• Experienced: As per current CTC + Interview performance

OPT Recruiter

We are hiring enthusiastic OPT Recruiters to manage and recruit candidates on OPT status for US-based clients.

🔑 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit OPT candidates from job portals, databases, and references

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Guide candidates through the recruitment and documentation process

• Maintain candidate pipeline and database

• Work closely with sales and vendor teams

• Ensure proper follow-ups and closures

✅ Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Basic Computer Knowledge

• Basic understanding of OPT/CPT and US recruitment process (preferred)

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Freshers with strong interest in recruitment are encouraged

💰 Salary:

• Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month (Based on interview performance)

• Experienced: Based on current CTC + Interview performance
