About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Process Coordinator to support day-to-day operational and administrative activities. The role requires strong coordination skills to ensure smooth workflow execution, timely follow-ups, and effective communication with management, vendors, internal teams, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor daily operational processes
Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure smooth workflow execution
Coordinate closely with the Director, vendors, and internal teams
Handle vendor communication, work allocation, and follow-ups
Manage office support staff and daily administrative activities
Maintain expense records and basic operational documentation
Assist customers and manage professional communication
Ensure timelines, instructions, and processes are followed accurately

Strong process execution, coordination, and follow-up skills
Ability to handle internal coordination and task tracking
Customer interaction and support skills
Vendor coordination and basic negotiation ability
Good English communication (verbal & written)
Basic knowledge of expense monitoring and documentation
Ability to multitask and work independently
