Back Office Staff

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our business goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Develop and maintain effective job postings across various platforms.

• Identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment reports.

• Build strong pipelines of qualified talent for current and future needs.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.

• Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a recruiter, HR executive, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/ATS tools.
