2. Make entries and check results within the ERP

3. Learn the various processes in the godown and office

4. Use any prior knowledge about stock and sale to upskill

5. Progressively understand the workflow

Execute the following functions under the guidance provided by seniors:

1. Listen and understand the questions or pain points with customers

2. Help client overcome his problem

3. Prepare work around if needed

4. Respond to customer queries on the ERP

5. Prepare tech support logs

6. Send emails replies to clients

7. Meet with clients

8. Be ready for travel

9. Coordinate demos with clients

10. Work based on the directives of the sales

11. Help in the implementation of the ERP

12. Provide on site and online training
