Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle administrative, documentation, data management, basic web research, and customer calling tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on Excel/Google Sheets, performing Google searching, handling data from various sources, and making outbound/inbound calls to customers or clients as required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily back-office and administrative operations.

  • Maintain and organize company documents, records, and files.

  • Perform data entry, update spreadsheets, and prepare basic reports.

  • Use Google search for basic web research and information verification whenever required.

  • Work on data provided by management/teams: cleaning, formatting, updating, and verifying.

  • Maintain and update data in Google Sheets and MS Excel.

  • Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls to/from customers or clients as required.

  • Perform customer follow-up calling based on given data or pending tasks.

  • Explain basic information to customers on call and update call status in the system or sheet.

  • Assist in email drafting, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.

  • Support management with task tracking, reminders, and documentation.

  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, tracking sheets, and logs.

  • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, or Operations teams as needed.


Required Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets (basic formulas, filtering, sorting, data validation, etc.).

  • Ability to do basic Google searching/web research for required information.

  • Basic customer calling / telecalling skills and confidence to talk to customers on phone.

  • Strong data handling, organizing, and documentation skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/Gujarati as per requirement).

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in daily work.

  • Ability to multi-task and complete work within deadlines.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce/Management preferred but not mandatory).

  • Prior experience in Back Office / Telecalling / Admin / Data Entry / Operations will be an added advantage.
