Back Office Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Trading Operations & Execution Manager to own trade execution accuracy, broker performance monitoring, and operational risk control across MT4/MT5 environments.

This role is not about strategy creation or signal generation.
It is about executing trades correctly, enforcing risk rules, and preventing silent money leaks caused by slippage, execution errors, or broker issues.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Execution & Monitoring

• Execute and monitor trades on MT4/MT5 live accounts

• Ensure all trades comply with pre-defined risk and lot-size rules

• Monitor open positions for execution issues, requotes, freezes, or partial fills

• Coordinate closely with the Head Trader and Risk Manager during volatile market conditions

Slippage & Broker Performance

• Track positive and negative slippage by broker, account, and trading session

• Monitor:

  • Spread widening

  • Execution delays

  • Order rejections

  • Stop-loss execution quality

• Prepare weekly broker performance and slippage reports

• Escalate broker-related issues with proper documentation

Trade Logs, Audits & Reporting

• Maintain accurate, time-stamped trade logs

• Cross-verify executed trades against:

  • Strategy rules

  • Risk limits

• Produce:

  • Daily execution summaries

  • Weekly operational reports

  • Monthly execution audits

Risk Control & Incident Handling

• Enforce:

  • Daily and weekly drawdown limits

  • Maximum exposure rules

  • Emergency stop-trading protocols

• Act as first responder during:

  • Platform outages

  • VPS failures

  • High-impact news execution issues

• Document incidents and implement preventive actions

Systems & Process Improvement

• Follow and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for execution

• Work with the tech team to:

  • Improve execution tools

  • Automate logging and alerts

  • Optimize operational workflows

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

• 2+ years hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 live trading environments

• Strong understanding of:

  • Order types

  • Slippage mechanics

  • Market sessions (Asia, London, New York)

• Experience working with multiple forex brokers

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis

• High attention to detail and strict process discipline

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with prop firms, funds, or professional trading desks

• Familiarity with MyFxBook, FX Blue, or similar analytics tools

• Exposure to MT5 Manager / Admin tools

• Basic understanding of MQL, APIs, or automation systems

• VPS and latency management experience

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
