Senior Architect

We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our team at Kpr Tubes to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹60000 - ₹80000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Strategy & Design

• Collaborate with project development teams to align architectural design with marketing objectives, ensuring all designs are optimized for target audiences.

• Develop architectural concepts, presentations, and design strategies for real estate projects that resonate with prospective buyers, investors, and clients.

• Lead design teams in the conceptualization and execution of high-profile real estate developments, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional needs while adhering to budget and timelines.

• Conduct architectural and design research to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge, sustainable design practices.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Work closely with the marketing team to integrate architectural designs into branding, advertising, and promotional materials.

• Design visual assets for online and offline marketing campaigns, including brochures, websites, 3D renderings, and virtual tours.

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of architectural designs to showcase in marketing campaigns and client presentations.

• Lead the development of compelling case studies and project portfolios to highlight successful architectural projects and the unique value propositions of each development.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

• Present architectural designs to key stakeholders, clients, and investors, translating complex design concepts into easily understandable and engaging narratives.

• Lead the creation of marketing content such as videos, infographics, and interactive media that communicates the architectural vision and project potential.

• Support sales teams with architectural expertise to assist in closing deals by demonstrating the impact and appeal of designs.

Brand Development

• Ensure the company’s architectural design philosophy and visual identity are consistently represented across all marketing materials.

• Collaborate with the branding team to ensure that marketing efforts align with the company’s long-term positioning in the real estate market.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and guide junior architects, designers, and marketing professionals, fostering collaboration between architecture and marketing teams.

• Lead cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, marketers, and digital content creators, to develop comprehensive and cohesive marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Marketing, Real Estate, or Digital Media are a plus.

• Experience: 8+ years in architecture and/or real estate marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or leadership role.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction, and urban planning.

  • Expertise in real estate marketing strategies, branding, and client engagement.

  • Proficient in design and presentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present architectural ideas in a compelling and accessible way.

  • Experience with 3D rendering, virtual reality (VR), or augmented reality (AR) technologies for real estate presentations.

  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of sustainable architecture and green building certifications (e.g., LEED).

• Familiarity with real estate development processes and regulatory requirements.

• Experience with digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, etc.) is a plus.

• Familiarity with real estate sales platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
