Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Interior Design Supervisor to manage and oversee projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain quality standards, and coordinate between clients, design teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily project activities and ensure timelines are met.

• Coordinate with design teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to fulfill project requirements.

• Oversee site execution and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

• Assist in material selection, procurement, and cost management.

• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for clients and management.

• Train and manage junior staff for efficient workflow.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site standards.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design supervision or project execution.

• Knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and finishing materials.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.

• Strong team management, communication, and client-handling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
