We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and manage on-site teams. The role involves supervising workers and subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect sites regularly and enforce safety regulations.

• Supervise and train construction staff and subcontractors.

• Manage building supplies, equipment, and employee attendance.

• Handle site accidents and follow accident protocols.

• Review blueprints to ensure compliance with design, safety, and budget.

• Evaluate staff performance and recommend improvements.

• Suggest operational changes to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety rules.

• Ability to interpret blueprints.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• First aid knowledge preferred.
