JOB SUMMARY:
A Project Manager/Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. They ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The role involves coordinating team efforts, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders. Project Managers also identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Additionally, they monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to achieve project goals. This role is open to candidates of all backgrounds and abilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
In charge of managing Site execution with flawless output and quality.
Before execution, carefully review the design drawings and raise any necessary report information.
Mobilization of subcontractors, material suppliers, and professional and unskilled employees by the planned timeline.
Estimate the finishing work in advance and check all of the finishes.
Creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports and promptly sharing them with management.
Continuous coordination throughout the project's life cycle with clients, vendors, and contractors.
Keeping track of and creating contractor bills, as well as resolving NCRs and snag lists.
Coordinating with the teams from the internal departments of plumbing, painting, carpentry, and electrical, as the job is being done.
The capacity to set priorities and distribute resources to guarantee the successful project completion.
Overseeing the interior to comply with the specifications and drawings, and making sure the job is done accurately and quickly.
Assessing the viability of initiatives and making plans for future work.
Verify and uphold the standard of the job in accordance with the specifications.
The capacity to operate efficiently across several sites and locations in a variety of management structures.
