Position: Business Development Executive
Location: HSR LAYOUT 7TH SECTOR
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0-2 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using the leads provided.
2. Explain and sell financial advisory packages available on the company website.
3. Achieve assigned sales targets by converting leads into customers.
4. Manage and track leads effectively using CRM tools.
5. Follow up with prospective clients to close sales.
6. Gather feedback from clients and share it to improve products and services.
7. Work with the sales and marketing teams to optimize results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance/Marketing background preferred).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Persuasive selling ability and good objection-handling skills.
4. Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
5. Basic knowledge of financial markets (preferred but not mandatory).
6. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
