
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept to final design
Develop space planning, design concepts, mood boards, and material selections
Ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution
Client Interaction & Presentations
Lead client meetings, design presentations, and approvals
Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines
Provide design solutions aligned with client expectations
Team & Coordination
Guide and mentor junior designers and design team members
Coordinate with 3D visualizers, architects, MEP consultants, and vendors
Work closely with project management and execution teams
Documentation & Drawings
Review and approve working drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Ensure drawings comply with design standards and site requirements
Oversee design detailing and technical accuracy
Site & Execution Support
Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation
Resolve design-related issues during execution
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for finishes and materials
Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Interior Design / Architecture
6–10 years of relevant experience in interior design or fit-out firms
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop (or similar tools)
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
Experience in residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience handling turnkey / fit-out projects
Knowledge of local codes, standards, and site practices
Exposure to client budgeting and value engineering

Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Leadership and team management capabilities
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
