Job Role - Project Manager / Site Supervisor

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee interior design projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage on-site work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Work closely with designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are executed as per design and timelines.
Site Supervision: Oversee on-site work, ensuring quality control and adherence to design specifications.
Material Management: Coordinate material procurement and inventory at the site.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Liaise with carpenters, painters, electricians, and other contractors to ensure work progresses smoothly.
Timeline & Budget Adherence: Ensure projects are completed within the stipulated time and budget.
Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients regarding project updates and site progress.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site issues efficiently.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure site safety protocols and compliance with local regulations.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
6 months – 2 years of experience in site supervision/project management in interior design or construction.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or project management tools is a plus.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to travel to different sites as required.
