Interior Designer

We are looking for a Interior Designer to join our team to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients.

Positions :

1 ) Interior Designer 3 - 7 Yrs 

2) Site Supervisor 4 - 8 Yrs 

3) Architects 3- 5 Yrs and 5 - 10 Yrs

Job Responsibilities:

Interior Designer 

• The Candidate should make indoor spaces functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting essential and decorative items, such as colors, lighting, and materials. They must be able to draw, read, and edit blueprints.

• The Candidate would play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of spaces through creating visually pleasing environments that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Site Supervisor 

• This Candidate should manage the day-to-day operations of a construction site. They are responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

• The Candidate should manage and instruct the site workers, set their schedules, and monitor their performance.

• Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.

• Should Conduct regular site inspections and address any potential hazards immediately.

Architect : 

• Junior Architect's primary profile would be to work under the supervision of an Architect or Lead Designer and occasionally visit construction sites.

• Planning, designing, and executing residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Proficiency in working drawings, detail drawings, interior drawings, and presentation drawings is preferred

• They would work on public or private projects and design both indoor and outdoor spaces.

• They can be commissioned to design anything from a single room to an entire complex of buildings.

• They are supposed to discuss with clients the objectives, requirements, and budget of a project.

JD would typically include

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Design: Assisting in the development of architectural designs and drawings, including detailed blueprints and specifications

Research: Conducting research and analysis to support project development, including researching and applying building codes and regulations

Collaboration: Collaborating with senior architects and other team members

Communication: Participating in client meetings and presentations

Project coordination: Supporting in project documentation and coordination, including outlining project schedules and tasks

Site visits: Conducting site visits to assess project progress

Feasibility reports: Preparing feasibility reports

Material selection: Choosing the appropriate materials

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.

6. Leave Salary: 1 month (applicable after probation period)

7. Bonus: 1 month's salary upon completion of 1 year with the company
