Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Architect with 3-4 years of professional experience in the interior design and civil construction domain. The incumbent will play a critical role in the development of project proposals, cost estimations, tender documentation, and budget planning for luxury residential and commercial projects.
The position demands an individual with a strong foundation in civil and architectural disciplines, comprehensive knowledge of materials, BOQ preparation, tendering processes, and a deep understanding of execution standards in premium design and build projects. The role also involves extensive coordination with internal departments, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure the seamless alignment of design intent, cost accuracy, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for luxury interior and architectural projects based on drawings, conceptual designs, and client requirements.

• Conduct thorough analysis of tender documents, GFC drawings, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates and BOQs.

• Formulate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for both interior and civil works, ensuring precision, clarity, and adherence to project scope.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
