Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling interior sites from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, effective coordination with vendors and labour, and maintaining high-quality standards while keeping a close eye on cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for residential and commercial interior design projects.

• Ensure timely execution of work as per design, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Coordinate effectively with designers, vendors, contractors, and labor teams.

• Monitor materials usage, track inventory, and reduce wastage.

• Handle on-site challenges, propose practical solutions, and escalate issues as needed.

• Implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.

• Conduct daily reporting and documentation of site progress, issues, and materials used.

• Ensure safety protocols and compliance on site.

• Maintain clear communication between the office and the on-site team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising interior design projects.

• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and installation processes.

• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and design layouts.

• Excellent leadership and people management skills.

• Good negotiation and coordination skills with vendors and labor.

• Strong problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach at site.

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for daily reporting.

Preferred Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage.
