Job Title: ArchitectLocation: [ gurugram]Department: Design & PlanningReports To: Senior Architect / Project HeadJob Summary:We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to plan, design, and oversee the construction of buildings and structures. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.Prepare and present design proposals using CAD and 3D modeling software.Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.Prepare BOQs, specifications, and documentation for approvals.Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and modern design techniques.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch /btech'civil)Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA) [if applicable].2–5 years of relevant experience in architecture or construction design.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and other design software.Strong visualization and presentation skills.
