Tally Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tally Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GST filing, data entry, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers in Tally.

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers.

• Perform bank reconciliation and update records regularly.

• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

• Generate and analyze financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.) in Tally.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and bills.

• Assist in monthly closing and financial audits.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for account clarifications.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in financial data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience working with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST / TDS compliance.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
