Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tally Technical Support professional to join our team. As a Tally Tech Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients on Tally software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for Tally-related issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve Tally software issues

- Assist clients with Tally implementation and training

- Respond to client queries via phone, email, or chat

- Document client interactions and issues

Requirements:

- Tally certification (Tally ERP 9.0/ Tally Prime)

- Experience in Tally technical support

- Strong knowledge of Tally software and its applications
