Senior Accountant

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally/other ERP software).

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger posting, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage GST filings, TDS returns, income tax compliance, and other statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure payments are up to date.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Ensure compliance with all accounting and financial regulations.

• Generate MIS reports for management review.

• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff if applicable.

Required & Qualification:

• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting tools/software.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and time management.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• B.Com / M.Com.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience.

Working Hours: Working Hours – 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
