Fashion Merchandiser

Job Summary

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator who will manage and coordinate the complete supply chain process including raw material procurement, production follow-up, inventory management, and dispatch planning. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, production team, warehouse, and sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for raw material procurement (fabric, accessories, etc.).

Track and manage purchase orders and production orders.

Follow up with the production team to ensure timely manufacturing.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock records.

Coordinate with the warehouse team for receiving and dispatch of goods.

Arrange logistics and transportation for product delivery.

Maintain daily reports and supply chain records in Excel or ERP.

Ensure timely delivery of products to showroom, distributors, or customers.

Communicate with internal teams to avoid delays in the supply process.

Required Skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of inventory and supply chain management

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
