We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting audits.
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor and customer payments.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per local regulations.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Maintain and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of internal and statutory audits.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
Assist management with financial analysis and reports as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred).
3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate or mid-sized organization.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP / Ind AS).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other financial tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing GST, TDS, and other compliance processes.
Exposure to financial reporting and audit coordination.
Knowledge of payroll processing and fixed asset accounting will be an added advantage.
