Job Description

Field Executive Responsibilities:
- Conducting field visits to prospective and existing clients.
- Promoting and selling general insurance products.
- Assisting clients with policy renewals.
- Supporting customers in the claims process.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Reporting daily activities and performance metrics.
  2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  - Daily Visit Target: Number of client visits completed per day.
  - Policy Sales/ Renewal Rate: The percentage of visits resulting in a new policy sale or renewal.
  - Customer Satisfaction: Measured through client feedback or surveys.
  - Claims Assistance Effectiveness: Timeliness and accuracy in assisting clients with claims.
  - Documentation Accuracy: The completeness and accuracy of information entered into the system.
