Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor end-to-end movement of shipments and vehicles in real-time.

• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. Track deviations or delays and take immediate action to resolve issues.

• Update shipment status and relevant data in the system accurately.

• Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with stakeholders.

• Escalate critical issues to the Control Tower Manager or Operations Supervisor promptly.

• Assist in maintaining records and documentation as per company policies.

• Provide basic customer support by coordinating delivery status information.  Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with Freshers.
