About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Collection professionals specializing in NPA (Non-Performing Assets) and OTS (One Time Settlement) processes. The role involves handling delinquent accounts, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve NPA accounts through effective collection strategies.

• Handle OTS (One Time Settlement) cases, including negotiations with customers for settlement closures.

• Process and manage write-off accounts efficiently.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines in all recovery activities.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and settlement details.

• Achieve collection and settlement targets within defined timelines.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth collection operations.

Requirements:

• Education: HSC / Graduate.

• Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified is mandatory.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Collections (NPA/OTS/Write-off).

• CIBIL Score: 650 and above (mandatory).

• Communication Skills: Versant 3 level or higher.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
